Ingredients
- One pie crust
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 2-4 Tablespoons ice water
- apple Filling
- 4 cups of fresh thinly sliced or cubed apples. (I always cube my apples)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Topping
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter

"I Was First Served A Blueberry Version Of This Pudding At A Friends House, The Pie Was Delicious Even Though I Am Not A Fan Of Blueberries, So I Changed The Recipe A Little So That I Could Use Apples And If I Have To Say So Myself, Its Very Good
