- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 spanish onion, chopped
- 1 red or orange pepper chopped
- 2 small chorizo sausages chopped
- 16 button mushroom, small whole
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 3 generous grinds of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 1/2 cup of tiny peas (frozen defrosted)
- parsley for garnish
- Prepared yellow rice (1/2 cup of rice/1 cup of chicken broth/pinch of saffron threads, salt and pepper)
