Pepes Filete Steak Salteado Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of filet tenderloin of beef
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 spanish onion, chopped
  • 1 red or orange pepper chopped
  • 2 small chorizo sausages chopped
  • 16 button mushroom, small whole
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 generous grinds of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of red wine
  • 1/2 cup of tiny peas (frozen defrosted)
  • parsley for garnish
  • Prepared yellow rice (1/2 cup of rice/1 cup of chicken broth/pinch of saffron threads, salt and pepper)
