Ingredients
- 2lbs ground meat(beef, venison, turkey, etc)
- taco seasoning of your choice(you can use the packets, if that's what you like. I used this: spice-mix.html">Latin Inspired Spice Mix and I added healthy doses of smoked paprika, Mexican oregano and cayenne)
- water, if needed, for the seasoning distribution
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup ripe olives, diced(optional)
- 3 green onions, sliced(or can sub 3T dry minced onion)
- 1lb block cojack or monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- oil for frying
- For Dipping Sauce
- 16oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup taco sauce(homemade or your favorite store bought)
- 1/4 cup favorite salsa
- 3-4T fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1t fresh lime juice(optional)
