Ingredients
- 13.5 oz Whole Wheat Rotini
- 1 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 12 oz BBQ ham, beef or chicken, diced
- 1 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/3 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup scallions, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup english cucumber, sliced crosswise then quatered
- 6 - 8 green onions siced with green parts
- 1 tbs mesquite liquid smoke
- 1 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cup honey barbeque sauce
- 1 1/2 cup shredded 5 cheese blend
- fresh ground pepper
