Ingredients
- ⢠300g (about 10.5oz) cheddar cheese, grated.
- ⢠300g (about 10.5oz) gruyere cheese, grated; could sub Swiss?
- ⢠300g (10.5oz) mozzarella cheese, grated.
- ⢠100g (about 3.5oz) parmesan cheese, grated. Donât know how much of the dried stuff. To taste.
- ⢠250g (about 1/2lb) sugar cured ham, diced medium; more or less to taste.
- ⢠500g (about a pound) of pasta of choice. I used spirals but elbow would do.
- ⢠½ tsp basil, to taste.
- ⢠½ tsp cilantro or parsley.
- ⢠½ tsp paprika, to taste.
- ⢠1/2 stick of butter, divided; ± to taste.
- ⢠1/3 cup milk.
- ⢠1 large head cauliflower; cut into medium florets.
- ⢠salt & FG pepper to taste, all around.
