- 1/2 cup almond butter( I used more )
- 2 tbs lime juice ( i used more )
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar ( I used more )
- 2 tsp Asian chili garlic sauce or similar
- 1 tsp fresh minced ginger- or to taste
- 8 oz whole wheat fettuccine noodles ( I used a larger pkg )
- 1, 12 oz blend oriental vegetable blend ( broccoli, snow peas, carrots, water chestnuts, etc )

This Is An Adaption Of A Recipe From Another Site, Perhaps Cooks 101. Its A Good Combination Of Almond And Lime And Quite Different From Peanut Butter Noodles. It's Refreshing And We Like It And Hope You Too
