Mostly-veggie Personal Pizza Ceahow-friendly Recipe

Ingredients

  • The "flour-free Veggie pizza crust Recipe" pizza crust, already prepared.
  • 1/4 c sugar-free pizza sauce
  • 1 roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • 20-30 fresh basil leaves (I buy a huge pkg of fresh basil for $1 at my local Asian market)
  • pizza topping meat (pepperoni, Canadian bacon, hamburger, etc.)
  • cream cheese
  • sliced olives
  • shredded mozzarella
  • These last 3 ingredients do not have amounts to allow you freedom in massaging your CEAHOW amounts. If you want to use 1/2 your fat elsewhere in your meal, then split your cream cheese and/or olive serving in 1/2. If you love a cheese pizza, drop the meat and bump up the mozzarella to 1 1/2 ounces.
