Ingredients
- CUPCAKES:
- 1 c Guinness
- 1 c unsalted butter, room temp
- ¾ c cocoa powder
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c granulated sugar
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsP salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c sour cream
- FILLING:
- 8 oz dark chocolate - we used "Ghirardelli Intense Dark"
- 2/3 c heavy cream
- 2 tbs butter, room temperature and chopped into peices
- 2 tsp Irish whiskey
- FROSTING:
- 2 c unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 5 c powdered sugar
- 6-8 tbs Baileys Irish Cream
