• CUPCAKES:
• 1 c Guinness
• 1 c unsalted butter, room temp
• ¾ c cocoa powder
• 2 c all-purpose flour
• 2 c granulated sugar
• 1½ tsp baking soda
• ¾ tsP salt

• 2/3 c sour cream
• FILLING:
• 8 oz dark chocolate - we used "Ghirardelli Intense Dark"
• 2/3 c heavy cream
• 2 tbs butter, room temperature and chopped into peices
• 2 tsp Irish whiskey
• FROSTING:
• 2 c unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 5 c powdered sugar
• 6-8 tbs Baileys Irish Cream
