• 1 cup green onions, chopped
• 4 small tomatoes, chopped (I used kumato)
• 1/2 lb baby carrots
• 1/2 lb button mushrooms
• 1 1/2 cup corn
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp white pepper
• crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
• 1 tsp allspice
• 4 small bay leaves
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 1/2 tsp celery seed
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/3 cup red wine
• 3 cups beef stock
• If thickening is needed:
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup flour
