Disapearing Trail Mix Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsalted, dry roasted nuts like walnuts, pecans, pistachios, peanuts, cashews,almonds
  • 1/2 cup each dry roasted sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
  • (I will use at least one of the nuts or seeds salted just to heighten the taste)
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1 cup golden raisins

Description

I Got The Basis For This From The Power Snacks Section Of Eat Well, Live Well By Pamela Smith. I Got Thinking, Why Not Use Some Of These Other Wonderful Dried Fruits And Not Just Raisins. Also, Morgan Is Alergic To Peanuts, So Why Not Use Pecans, Walnut
