Chicken Taco Cornbread Wedges Recipe

  • 3 tbs chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • Crust
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (7 oz) package sweet yellow cornbread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup crushed corn tortilla chips
  • Toppings
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • shredded romaine lettuce
  • chopped tomatoes

Description

This Is A Great Chicken Recipe. The Mixture Is Moist And Flavorful! I Use More Cilantro Than Called For, But I Love Cilantro. We Also Use The Chicken For Chicken Salad, In Tacos, And Enchiladas.
