Afghan Kabobs Recipe


  • 3 large or 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp. corn oil
  • 1/3 c plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbl crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • Sweet yellow onion
  • Orange bell pepper - can use green
  • 1 box cherry tomatoes


This Is A Very Simple Afghan Kabob That's Very Tasty. It's Great Served With Plain Cous Cous Or Basmati Rice.
