- 2 dozen WHOLE chicken wings
- olive oil
- salt and pepper or favorite poultry seasoning blend
- 16oz plum sauce
- 16oz Thai chili sauce(sweet or hot...I used hot :)
- dash of mirin(can sub another sweet wine, if desired)
- 1T rice wine vinegar
- 1T fresh lemon juice
- 1t lemon zest
- 3/4-1 cup pineapple juice(unsweetened)
- 1T worcestershire sauce
- 2t dry mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1t red pepper flakes
- toasted sesame seeds, optional
