  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Spicy avocado Aioli Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 serrano peppers, small diced
  • ½ bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, small diced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • juice of one lime
  • Tortilla Crisp:
  • flour tortillas, cut into triangles, then fried and lightly salted
