Raw Mexi Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. hot water (not too hot, you'll destroy enzymes)can add more if you like a thinner soup
  • 1 c.rainbow chard
  • 1 c. baby spinach
  • 1/2 c. organic cilantro, fresh
  • 1/2 to 1 whole avocado (depends if you worry about cal./fat) without peel or seed
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 lg. carrots
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 2 t. sea salt, I like salt, and have very low blood pressure, so less if it's an issue
  • 2 t. organic cumin
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 1 t. organic chili powder, if needed
  • lime squeeze, if you like
  • organic onion powder, if needed
  • cayenne for those who like it spicy!
  • Dollop of Greek yogurt would be good on top!
