- 1 ripe Hass avocado, halved and pitted
- 1 bag (5 oz) baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed with a press
- 1 tsp each curry powder and garam masala (see FYI)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- Garnish: diced plum tomato
- Dippers: baby carrots; red, yellow and orange bell pepper strips; fresh fennel sticks; cucumber slices; radishes
