Indian-spiced Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Hass avocado, halved and pitted
  • 1 bag (5 oz) baby spinach
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed with a press
  • 1 tsp each curry powder and garam masala (see FYI)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • Garnish: diced plum tomato
  • Dippers: baby carrots; red, yellow and orange bell pepper strips; fresh fennel sticks; cucumber slices; radishes
