  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger
  • 3 cups cantaloupe, honeydew, and/or watermelon balls
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons light-color corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • vanilla frozen yogurt
  • fresh mint (optional)
