• 2 pkgs. keebler townhouse crackers(can use ritz, but flavor is different) crushed
• 3 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved, pounded to about 2/3 of an inch thickness
• 2-3 tsps. garlic powder
• salt and pepper to taste, i like to use Lawrys seasoned salt
• 3 eggs, well whisked
• 2 tblsp. milk
• 1 c.(2 sticks) of butter
• whatever oil you like to fry with, i use vegetable
