  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbsp low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 cup Splenda granular (sucralose)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup demerara sugar
  • 2 eggs
