Ingredients

3 ripe bananas - mashed
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar - I would suggest a little less
1/3 cup oil - I substituted with 2 tbsp melted butter
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
