Ingredients
- 1 Cup Diced tomato
- 1 Cup Diced cucumber
- 1 Cup Diced frozen peaches - still frozen
- 1/ 2 Cup Diced yellow bell pepper - any color will do
- 1 / 2 Cup Diced red onion
- 3 or 4 Diced jalapenos - I used 6 = )
- 1 / 2 Cup Chopped cilantro
- 3 Tblsp lime juice
- 3 Tblsp orange marmalade - any preserve would do.
