- 1 lb italian sausage (hot or sweet)
- 1 butternut squash, peeled, diced small and roasted, seasoned with salt and pepper.
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 small can mushrooms, diced (or can use fresh)
- 12 ounces ricotta cheese
- 2 cups each habanero cheddar cheese and pizza blend cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- Sauce:
- 5tbs butter
- 5 tbs flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2.5 cups half and half
- 2 tbsp gorgonzola cheese
