Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 6 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 tsp. meringue powder (you can use two egg whites instead of the water and meringue powder if you wish!)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup milk

This Is My Grandma's Recipe For Buttercream Frosting. It Is The Frosting I Use On All Of My Decorated Cakes, Because It Pipes Well And Tastes Great!
