- 1/2 medium red onion
- 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil (or other neutral oil)
- 2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ume plum vinegar
- salt to taste
- pinch of cayenne pepper

It Just Happened That I Had Red Cabbage, Red Onion And A Beet In The House And Wanted Something Cold And Crunchy To Eat. I Really Like The Raw Beets In This Slaw!
