- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1" chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1" chunks
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 to 1-1/2 Tbsps. curry powder depending on your personal taste
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 - 3 Tbsp. cornstarch (Try 2 tablespoons and if it's not to your liking, then add a 3rd.)
- Hot cooked rice or Asian noodles
