- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt (kosher or sea)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 15 oz canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese, ~ 1 cup
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
