Amaretto Mascarpone Creme Recipe


  • 500 g (about 2 cups) mascarpone cheese
  • 250 g (about 1 cup) heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 TBS amaretto liqueur
  • 1 cup Italian Amaretto biscuits (cookies), crushed


Delicious! This Is So Easy But Elegant Enough To Serve After A Fancy Dinner. It's Also Good Semi-freddo Or Frozen, So Don't Fear To Keep It Longer. In Freezing Weather I Just Keep It, Covered, On The Patio! But Good In Summer, Too.
