- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbls. brown sugar
- 2 tbls. water
- 1 tbls. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast, boneless and skinless cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 tbls. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dipping Sauce
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbls. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tbls. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
