- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 stalks chopped escallions (including green tops)
- 3 onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 sprigs thyme
- ¼ cup oil
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 5 bay leaves (and or pimento leaves), crumbled
- Put a little soy sauce for colour
