- 2 to 2 # arm roast or any cheap cut
- 1/3 cup of soy sauce
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- water enough to almost cover the roast
- 2 tsp. of cracked pepper
This Would Make A Great French Dip. The Broth Is Rich. It Is Also Good For Gravy And Mashed Potatoes. The Meat Is So Tender You Can Cut It With A Fork.
