- all-purpose flour on work surface
- 3 sheets store-bought puff pastry, thawed (I used Borgâs puff pastry)
- 3 cups leeks jullienne
- 2 cups chop cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon fresh marjorom leaves
- sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
- 1 cup red cheddar shredded or break into small chunks
- 40 gms of unsalted butter
