Leek And Cauliflower Puff Recipe

Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour on work surface
  • 3 sheets store-bought puff pastry, thawed (I used Borg’s puff pastry)
  • 3 cups leeks jullienne
  • 2 cups chop cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon fresh marjorom leaves
  • sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup red cheddar shredded or break into small chunks
  • 40 gms of unsalted butter
