- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cardamom pods, shelled
- 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 3 cups reduced fat milk
- salt to taste
- 3 fresh green chili peppers, slit
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 large potatoes, cut into large cubes
- 12 whole black peppercorns
Description
This Stew Has Many Interpretations. I've Also Made It Wth Buffalo Meat Or Venison, With Great Results. I Believe The Next Time I Make This Recipe I'll Try It With Lamb.
