Thai Pai Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 12-14 inch pizza crust(if using fresh dough, prebake the crust, slightly)
  • olive oil
  • 7oz spicy tomato sauce(I get mine in the Mexican section)
  • 2-3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, diced
  • about 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • about 8-10 medium sized basil leaves
  • 1/4lb broccoli slaw(or shredded cabbage)
  • 1T oyster sauce
  • 1t worcestershire sauce
  • 1T Thai chili sauce
  • 1t dry Thai seasoning(I get mine from myspicesage.com)
  • fresh ground pepper
  • about 6oz white melty cheese, shredded(I used jack rather than mozzarella, but that would work fine :)
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
  • couple T salted peanuts
  • fresh Thai peppers, whole(optional)
  • For Pork
  • 1/2lb bonless pork loin chops
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1T worcestershire sauce
  • 2T Thai chili sauce
  • 2T oyster sauce

Description

This Spicy Pizza Has Several Layers Of Asian Inspired Flavors. You Can Change Out The Pork For Chicken, Shrimp, Or Just Leave Off The Meat For A Vegetarian Option!
