- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 cups cooked rice, loosened
- 1 cup adobo sauce
- 1 cup adobo flakes, toasted
- Green mango Topping:
- 1/3 cup thinkly sliced onions
- 2/3 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded green mango
- salt and pepper
