• ½ cup ( 1 stick ) margarine or butter, softened
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• For the Glaze:
• ½ cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 ½ tsp. orange juice
