• 1 unit turkey, All Classes, Neck, Meat Only
• 1 small stalk celery, raw
• 1/2 serving lemon
• 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground thyme
• --- THE STUFFING ---
• 1 package seasoned stuffing mix
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 large stalk Raw celery
• 1/2 cup Minced onion
• 2 cloves garlic Clove
• 1 medium apple Granny Smith apple
• 1/4 cup parsley
• 2 tbsp sage, Fresh
• 1 tbsp rosemary, Dried
• 1 tsp ground thyme

Description

This Is A Fairly Loose Dressing Intended To Stuff A Turkey Or Chicken. There Are Two Recipes In One Here: A Quick Broth And The Apple Onion Stuffing. I Use The Bits From The Bird And The Stuffing Scraps To Make The Broth That Is Used To Wet Down The Dress
