- 4 cup water
- 1 unit turkey, All Classes, Neck, Meat Only
- 1 small stalk celery, raw
- 1/2 serving lemon
- 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- --- THE STUFFING ---
- 1 package seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 large stalk Raw celery
- 1/2 cup Minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic Clove
- 1 medium apple Granny Smith apple
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 2 tbsp sage, Fresh
- 1 tbsp rosemary, Dried
- 1 tsp ground thyme
Description
This Is A Fairly Loose Dressing Intended To Stuff A Turkey Or Chicken. There Are Two Recipes In One Here: A Quick Broth And The Apple Onion Stuffing. I Use The Bits From The Bird And The Stuffing Scraps To Make The Broth That Is Used To Wet Down The Dress
