Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste preferences
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 orange
  • 2 500 ml tetripack cartons of tomato OR tomato with red pepper soup
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 4 diagonally sliced pieces of baguette, toasted
