Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled, shredded and drained
  • 3 eggs (medium)
  • salt, black pepper, sweet paprika powder, marjoram leaves (to taste), caraway-seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • optional:
  • 1 shredded onion (small) or 1 clove garlic
  • or 2 tablespoon parsley leaves, chopped
  • or 2 tablespoon grated cheese
  • canola oil for frying (3 tablespoons)
