Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- garlic to taste
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled (or crawfish or lump crabmeat)
- 1/2cup flour
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup clam juice
- !/2 bunch parsley, minced
- salt and white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 or 2 bay leaves
- Chopped mushrooms

There Are So Many Different Seafood Dishes That I Thought Needed Gravy, Craw Fish Hoe Cakes, Fried Soft Shell Crab, Shrimp Fritters Etc, So Here Is How I Make A Gravy. Whatever Seafood You Are Covering Use That In The Gravy.
