- 50g of cut chicken fillet (marinated with salt and pepper)
- 1/2 pc of sezhuan veg (bout 30g) - washed, soaked and sliced to long strip
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of French beans (chopped to 1cm length)
- pepper to taste
