  • 1 kg Bayawak (Monitor Lizzard from the Philippines) cubed into bite size pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 dahon ng laurel (bay leaf)
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 5 cups of pure coconut oil
  • 6 cups of second coconut oil or pangalawang gata


This Dish Puts A Spicy Flavor And Taste Like Chicken, But More Delicious Than Chicken, Because Of Garlic And Coconut Milk
