- 3/4 cup lukewarm water
- 3/4 cup buttermilk at room temperature
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs at room temperature
- 12 tbs (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- Raspberry Cream:
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen red raspberries in light syrup thawed
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream whipped
- Glaze:
- 16 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
- 2 tbs. light corn syrup
- 3 tbs. and 1 tsp. water
- 2 tsp. raspberry extract
- Garnish:
- 2 oz. white chocolate coating melted
- 1 oz. dark chocolate melted.
