Ingredients
- bread Slices 5 nos
- vegetables of your choice (fresh or frozen)
- Eg.tomatoes, cabbage, sweet corn, capsicum and green peas, carrot etc etc
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- ¼ ts sugar
- Boiled chickpea dal( chana dal)- 1/4th cup
- 1/4th mustard seeds
- Asafotedia â a pinch (optional as I donât use it)
- Green Chillies â 1 ( optional)
- Dry red chilli â 1
- 1 clove
- 2 whole cardamom
- soaked raisin - a few
- Fried cashew- a few
- Curry leaves- A few
- A pinch of turmeric powder.
- fresh coriander leaves finely chopped - ½ cup
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp pure ghee( optional)
