Potato Tuna Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced potatoes (#4 cone)
  • 1 elephant garlic shredded on #1 cone
  • 1 medium onion - shredded on #2 cone
  • 15 oz. alfredo sauce (recipe below if you make your own)
  • 3/4 - 1 cup milk
  • 2 - 12 oz. cans tuna
  • 1 cup shredded colby-jack cheese
  • 2 cups frozen spinach
  • season to taste (thyme, oregano, dill, or basil)
  • 1 red or green pepper (sliced julienne)
  • 2 cups crumbled chips
  • 4 tblsp. butter, melted
  • alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter (sweet)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
