Carmel Pecan Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • Rolls:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 envelopes Fleischmann’s® Rapid Rise yeast
  • 7-1/2 to 8 cups flour
  • 2-1/4 cups very warm water (120° to 130°F)
  • 9 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons spice Islands® Ground Saigon cinnamon
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) chopped pecans
  • Caramel Syrup:
  • 2 cups (1 pound) butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Karo® light corn syrup
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons spice Islands® pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups (12 ounces) whole pecans
