Glazed Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry Sub Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ C. French's® honey dijon mustard
  • 2 T. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 T. light brown sugar
  • 1 T. grated, peeled ginger root
  • 1 T. red wine vinegar
  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut into thin strips
  • 1 C. red and yellow bell peppers, coarsely chopped
  • ½ C. red onion, coarsely chopped
  • ½ C. plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 4 Italian heros, split (about 8 inches each)
  • 2 C. shredded napa cabbage or romaine lettuce

Description

This Came From Frenchs. It Has Wonderful Flavor. We Have Not Had It As A Sandwich Yet. We Added A Few More Veggies And Threw The Cabbage Into The Stir Fry And Served Over Rice.
