- 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup, golden syrup, honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 batch almond butter toffee, crushed into bits
