- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound sea scallops, quartered
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1.5 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- tsp each of basil, rosemary and cayenne pepper (for those who like their spice)
- salt and pepper to taste
