Alpine Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • water
  • 6-8 tablespoons chablis
  • 1 large galic clove, minced
  • 6 ounces shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 can cheddar cheese soup, condensed
  • assorted raw vegetables; broccoli,cauliflou, carrots, etc.

Description

You Don't Need A Fondue Pot To Make This Warm Cheese Dip. It's Great With Vegetables Or Dark Bread Cubes.
