- For turkey patties:
- 1 thick slice pugliese bread (to make about 1 cup breadcrumbs)
- 4 fresh sage leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoons fresh parsely
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 lb. fresh ground turkey, thigh meat
- 1 cage free egg
- splash of heavy cream
- kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- olive oil

- 4 slices swiss cheese, room temp (Dofino brand preferably)
- sliced red onion, rinsed
- organic baby lettuce
- 4 cracked wheat buns, sliced and toasted
- honey Dijon Sauce (mix 1/3 cup mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon each of honey and Dijon mustard)
